A dry basement is a designed basement
Waterproofing is the one part of a basement you can’t easily redo — it has to be right first time. We design and install basement waterproofing across London to BS 8102, normally combining two forms of structural waterproofing for habitable rooms below ground.
As a certified Delta Membranes contractor and certified Wykamol contractor, we install manufacturer-backed systems with the training and guarantees that come with certification.
Systems we install
- Cavity drain membranes (Type C) — studded membranes to walls and floors that channel any water ingress to a drainage channel and sump
- Sump and pump systems — pump chambers with battery back-up options, serviceable and monitored
- Cementitious tanking (Type A) — multi-coat slurry tanking for cellars, vaults and retro-fit projects
- External waterproofing and drainage — membranes, land drains and lightwell details where access allows
Retro-fit and repair
Not every project is a new basement. We handle basement tanking in London for existing cellars and vaults, fix failed tanking and take over basements where water ingress has appeared after another contractor’s work. A survey tells us where the water is coming from; the system design follows from that, not from guesswork.
