The project
A complete Type C cavity drain waterproofing installation for a below-ground space being converted to habitable use. This is the system we install most often: it doesn’t fight the water pressure — it manages the water and removes it.
What we did
- Studded cavity drain membrane mechanically fixed to walls and floor
- Perimeter drainage channels feeding a sump chamber
- Sump and pump installation with serviceable access
- Sealed joints, tapes and detailing around penetrations
- System ready for battening, insulation and finishes
