Basement construction in Camden: basement formation beneath a terraced property. North London terraces leave little room to manoeuvre — materials in and spoil out through the front of the house, neighbours a party wall away on both sides.

- Sequenced excavation and underpinning to the engineer’s design
- Reinforced concrete structure forming the new level
- Drainage, sump chamber and waterproofing preparation
